As a key team member, you will assist the Pharmacy Manager with pharmacy services, including ordering, stock control, and drug preparation. You will provide advice to patients and clinical staff on pharmaceutical products within your role's limits. Support the pharmacist by regularly checking Inpatient Prescription Record Charts for appropriate treatment and ensuring patients have sufficient supplies. Conduct daily medicines reconciliation as needed.
