Overview

We are hiring for a Bank Branch Manager for a local bank located in Mandaue Cebu.

This is an onsite work, salary is up to 120K based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the bank branch, ensuring the branch meets its financial, customer service, and operational goals.
• Lead and manage branch operations to provide excellent customer service and ensure the effective delivery of banking products and services.
• Oversee branch staff, ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, and achieve branch sales and service targets.
• Develop business relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working in the bank, with at least 2 years as a Branch Manager.
