We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to work on a part time basis in Warrington. Please see details of the role below:

Role Details

• Role: Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist

• Days: 2 days per week

• Hours: 15 hours per week

• Pay: £36ph

• Start: ASAP

• Length: 3 months

• This role will be ward based, supporting clinical services including medicines reconciliation, patient reviews, clinical screening, and discharge facilitation.


Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience

• Right to Work in the UK

• GPhC registration
