Main area: Surgery. Grade: Band 6. Contract: Permanent. Hours: 37.5 per week. Job ref -SUR.
Site: QH Critical Care Town Romford. Salary: £45,953 - £54,254 per annum. Closing: 21/06/2026.
Main duties of the job
- Ensure effective lines of communication are maintained across the multidisciplinary team and throughout the Trust.
- Promote positive and collaborative working relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to the development and review of ITU/HDU protocols and guidelines.
- Actively participate in preceptorship and clinical supervision programmes.
- Provide mentorship and support to both pre-registration and post-registration staff.
- Achieve individual PREP requirements in accordance with the standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
