Details:

Role: Band 6 Mental Health OT - The post holder will act as an ASD/LD Keyworker for children and young people (CYP) with autism and / or a learning disability (LD) who have complex. The current focus of the project is to prioritise support to CYP up to the age of 25 who are placed in, or at risk of admission to, specialist mental health inpatient settings

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:30 - 16:30
