At the heart of this modern barbecue restaurant is an open kitchen concept with a custom four-tonne, dual cavity oven, and four elevation grills. Job Responsibilities:
Support smooth day-to-day operations (opening/closing, taking orders, cleaning, etc.)
Complete daily pre-opening duties
Handle cashiering and beverage service
Be knowledgeable about all menu items, recipes, drinks, and preparation times
Address guest feedback/complaints and escalate when necessary
Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance
Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation
