Job Description: Managing daily operations of the bakery section of the kitchen Preparing doughs, shaping and baking of products. Preparing a variety of sourdough breads. Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients. Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients Ensuring the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations. Cleaning of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.
