Chef De Partie – Bakery Team

We are recruiting a Chef De Partie to join our Bakery team. You will lead a section of the kitchen, delivering consistently high‑quality baked products in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organise one kitchen section to meet daily production and service requirements.
• Ensure all food is prepared to specification, including quality, flavour, temperature and presentation.
• Supervise, coach and develop Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs.
• Manage stock control, ordering support, waste reduction and accurate administration.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, allergen control and compliance.
