*Baker Specialising In Bread Making Required*
*Responsibilities*
Preparing dough for various breads using scales and ingredient recipe sheets.
Produce excellent quality breads including Batch, Turnover and Sodas.
Controlling dough fermentation and shape products for excellent presentation.
Tracking of waste temperature and quality.
Maintain hygiene and orderliness of all equipment,supplies and utensils within the work area.
Handle all good items correctly in keeping with HACCP training.
*Essential Criteria*
3+ years strong experience as a baker.
Passionate about your work and the food you will produce.
Willingness to learn.
Team player.
Can do attitude.
Strong work ethic and flexibility with hours incl early starts
