Back Order & Fill Management Supervisor

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Job Purpose: The Supervisor oversees the order fulfillment process, ensuring consistent achievement of the target fill rate and efficient management of back‑order lines through data analysis and cross‑functional coordination.

Principal Accountabilities

• Lead the back‑order team
• Maintain a high system fill rate ensuring the right part is available at the right time
• Monitor and manage back orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication with various teams
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize back orders and improve order fulfillment rates
