We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Clinical Lead to drive the delivery of our innovative Managing Emotions Programme (MEP) within Neighbourhood Mental Health services. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a skilled clinician passionate about supporting individuals with personality disorder (PD) and complex emotional needs to achieve meaningful recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery and evaluation of the tiered programme of recovery-focused, psychoeducational courses designed to empower individuals and carers to better understand and manage emotional intensity.
• Support co‑delivery of the tiered model, offering a range of recovery-focused, NICE‑informed courses aiming to improve the self‑management of mental and/or physical conditions for people experiencing traits or a diagnosis of PD, and co‑develop specific courses for carers.
