About the RoleWe’re looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join a national modernization project. You’ll support integration initiatives, help digitalize tools and working with multidisciplinary teams to drive significant defence impact.Key Responsibilities

Lead definition and documentation of business requirements, workflows, and decision processes

Analyze and optimize existing systems, data repositories, and procedural operations

Design interfaces between manual and automated systems, and across subsystems

Define acceptance test criteria and support validation/testing efforts

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and manage change
