Job Purpose Drive customer usage and engagement for DBS Cards and PayLah! through strategic partnerships, compelling propositions, and seamless customer journeys. This role also leads and develops a team to originate, execute, and scale partnerships across key merchant ecosystems, positioning DBS as the preferred payment method.
Key Responsibilities - Partnership Strategy & Business Development
- Identify, originate, and secure strategic partnerships across priority merchant categories to drive payments usage and billings growth
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned to business priorities
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and scaling
