Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

• Deliver quality services to business units and external customers by adopting a systematic and consistent approach in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Manage, supervise, motivate and coach staff to build an efficient, knowledgeable team such that all requests or instructions are completed within set accuracy & timeliness.
• Provide direction by setting performance targets for staff and monitor actual performance against targets.
