Design Business Strategy to aggressively grow Mutual Fund AUM & SIP book through Branch channel (B2C) & Partner network (B2B) at Pan-India level. Closely monitor execution and target achievement across Regions, Clusters & Branches.
Drive Mutual Fund sales and provide excellent Sales Support to Pan-India Relationship Managers, Sales & Dealing teams located across branches via Mutual Fund portfolio analysis, rebalancing reviews, preparing product presentations and conducting joint e-meetings/con-calls with HNI clients.
Provide excellent Business Development support to branches by spotting AUM growth opportunities using Business Analytics. Design AUM growth campaigns, contests, IAPs, Events and marketing drives at branch/cluster level.
Maintain excellent relationship with AMCs, drive new product launches and arrange regular Fund Manager calls, Sales & Product trainings at Pan-India level.
