• Leading corporate finance advisory firm

• At least 5 years doing IPOs, having listed at least 3

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry / market research, financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, valuation and support the overall execution of CF/ M&A/ IFA/ IPO / Fundraising transactions
• Possess strong knowledge of the equity issuance process (IPOs, Follow‑on Offerings and Private Fund Raising); the role will be directly involved in supporting the team on all aspects of deal execution
• Lead the execution of fundraising workstreams by working closely with issuers, the professional teams and internal stakeholders to manage, plan and formulate all related workstreams in meeting project deliverables and timelines
