We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Development team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in the Cebu, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an AVP - Business Development, you will be responsible for scheduling and conducting sales calls and presentations, managing a portfolio of potential accounts, and supporting senior colleagues in various aspects of the deal process. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities through market research and maintaining awareness of industry trends.
