About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused AV Service Coordinator to
support service operations and contract management within our Audiovisual team.
This role is responsible for managing service requests, coordinating tickets,
and supporting the full lifecycle of service contracts—from proposal creation
through renewal—while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and
operational accuracy.
