Customer Service Advisors “CSAs’ are responsible for creating a positive guest experience, customer retention, and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. They provide service recommendations and communicate any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction. The service advisor must be able to analyze, comprehend and recommend financial objectives that increase sale and service results energized by face-to-face interaction with guests. This is an important job in our Jiffy Lube stores and critical to our success. And every J-Team member receives comprehensive training from Jiffy Lube University, our award-winning training program.
