Jiffy Lube Service Advisors are responsible for creating a positive guest experience and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. During face-to-face customer interaction, the Service Advisor educates the customer about the condition of their vehicle and offers service recommendations that are in the best interest of both the customer and their vehicle. The Service Advisor listens to customer concerns about their car and offers solutions that meet their needs. This is an important job in our Jiffy Lube stores and critical to our success.
