            Duties:  
Drive parts sales across retail, workshop, and trade channels, consistently achieving and exceeding targets 
Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, upselling, and service excellence 
Manage incoming and outgoing stock with precision, ensuring accuracy in receiving, binning, and issuing of parts 
Oversee stock control, including ordering, replenishment strategies, and minimizing obsolescence 
Handle quotations, invoicing, and payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy and profitability 
Manage backorders, special orders, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal turnaround times 
Monitor GP, pricing structures, and discount controls to protect department profitability 
Ensure accurate allocation of parts to job cards and seamless coordination with the workshop 
Maintain high housekeeping standards and efficient layout within the parts department
