Assistant Managers’ are certified and proficient in all areas of store operations and responsible for overseeing teammates and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and services are performed to Jiffy Lube’s highest standards. They also ensure that all teammates are technically proficient, and all certification standards are up to date.
