We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Mortgage domain testing and hands‑on experience in database validation and test automation. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing activities, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced delivery environment.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with BMO (Bank of Montreal) projects and possess a solid understanding of mortgage processes within the banking domain.
