About the Role

As an Automation & RPA Engineer you will transform and automate internal processes across our European IT organization, focusing on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processes
• Develop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations using tools such as Power Automate, Python, and PowerShell
• Automate repetitive activities, including:
  • Reporting & KPIs
  • Data handling & reconciliation
  • IT support processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions
• Contribute to AI‑driven initiatives such as copilots and intelligent agents
• Continuously improve and scale automation solutions
