Summary

The Automation Engineer at SFS Medina – Automotive Division is responsible for driving automation initiatives within the CNC Machining and Assembly departments. This position focuses on designing, implementing, optimizing, and sustaining automated and semi-automated systems that improve production efficiency, process stability, and product quality.

The role is hands-on and highly collaborative, supporting on-site line engineering activities, troubleshooting production issues directly at the machines, and implementing improvements on CNC machining centers, assembly equipment, and peripheral automation systems.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, or Automation engineering)

 Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in machining, assembly, or automotive/precision manufacturing environments
