The role is primarily hands‑on and execution‑focused , supporting Delivery Managers and Product Owners in implementing efficiency initiatives. The role requires efficient contribution in the solution configuration, testing, BAU support, and automation opportunity identification , while operating within established delivery governance and risk standards.
