Our client, a successful law firm, is looking for a Trusts & Estates Attorney at the Partner level. This role involves providing expert legal counsel to clients on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and trust administration. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in tax-efficient estate planning and a proven ability to manage complex legal matters. Some hybrid is available and must bring a book of business. Location: Wellesley, MA

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in, 2 remote)

Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 (DOE)


Responsibilities:

+ Offer strategic advice to clients on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and charitable giving.

+ Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney tailored to client needs.
