- Represent clients in County, Circuit and Federal Courts
- Attend depositions, mediations and court hearings
- Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions and discovery
- Negotiate settlements
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Must have license in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
- Yearly base salary commiserate with experience
- Monthly bonus based on reaching litigation goals
