Summary This position is located in the Office of Appeals, Division of Enforcement Litigation. The Office of Appeals reviews all appeals to the General Counsel from Regional Directors' dismissals of unfair labor practice charges filed in the agency's regional offices. The General Counsel is vested with the sole power to review and sustain or deny these appeals and his/her decisions to deny appeals in such cases are not subject to review by the Board or appeal to any court of law or equity.
