MAJOR FUNCTION  :  The part-time Athletic Trainer is housed in the Athletics Department and reports directly to the Director of Athletics. The Athletic Trainer assists with injury risk factors associated with participation in competitive athletics and plans and implements all components of a comprehensive athletic injury program, which includes injury prevention programs, injury evaluations, injury management, injury treatment and rehabilitation, educational programs and counseling for student-athletes. 
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  
Assists in administering the overall health care of Tallahassee Community College’s student-athletes. Assists Head Athletic Trainer for physical examinations.
