DFS Aviation Services is looking for an ATC Operational Safety & Change Specialist in Dubai. The role will be based at Al Maktoum International Airport, part of Dubai Air Navigation Services.

Your Responsibilities Ensure that safety assessment processes are applied consistently and to the required quality across all relevant projects and business‑as‑usual (BAU) activities. This includes supporting regulatory approvals for applicable operational or technical changes and ensuring full compliance with any conditions set by the GCAA. Develop ATC safety assessments and safety cases to support the implementation of new systems, procedures and infrastructure in line with ICAO, GCAA and dans SMS requirements. Ensure that all safety documentation is traceable, structured, and defensible, meeting the standards outlined in the Safety Management Manual (SMM) and applicable GCAA regulations.
