Job Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director of Athletics for Academic and Student-Athlete Support Services, the Assistant Director of the Panicucci Center for Student-Athlete Success assists in the administration of the Division I Intercollegiate Athletics Program and has responsibility for the academic eligibility, graduation, and personal development of all student-athletes within the program. The incumbent provides primary academic support services with assigned teams and/or group of student-athletes. Assists in supervising the Student-Athlete Monitoring Program; provides and assists with direct supervision and oversight to graduate assistants and student interns; coordinates and solicits career development opportunities and programs for student-athletes; develops and conducts student-athlete development programming; and coordinates Community Service opportunities for assigned teams and/or group of student-athletes.
