The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate / Senior Associate to join our Hong Kong Public Companies practice. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to provide legal advice and support to public companies in Hong Kong. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in advising public companies on a wide range of corporate and securities law matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
