(What the role is) Singapore is recognised as Asia's leading reinsurance and specialty insurance centre. You will be part of a team that builds on this foundation by developing and executing strategies to strengthen Singapore's insurance ecosystem, including: (i) Expand the base of insurance players and pipeline of solutions to serve growing risks in the region, such as climate and cyber (ii) Promote the development of the alternative risk transfer market, including insurance linked securities and government risk pools (iii) Support talent development in the insurance industry and (iv) Deepen analytics and innovation capabilities in Singapore to address large and complex risks. (What you will be working on) Monitor trends in global insurance and reinsurance markets, assess their implications for Singapore's competitive positioning, and translate this into actionable developmental strategies.
