The Associate Technical Analyst is responsible for providing basic support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications necessary for the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of data for internal department planning and activities. The incumbent will participate in collaboration across technical teams to ensure software systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime. The incumbent will work with senior team members to assist with configuration, set up, and updating of the applications, ensuring that data is entered into established tables, fields, and system databases with a high level of accuracy.
