            Classroom & Learning Support  Assist the teacher in delivering lessons by supporting individual or small groups of students. 
Organize and distribute learning materials, set up audio‑visual equipment, and prepare project resources. 
Supervise students during teacher‑led activities and provide one‑on‑one instructional support when needed. 
Maintain classroom supplies and assist children in using materials, cleaning up, and organizing their workspaces. 
Support reading, literacy, numeracy, and phonics activities under teacher guidance. 
Cover classes during short teacher absences (emergency only), following the given lesson plans. 
 Administrative Support  Handle general office tasks including photocopying, filing, preparing worksheets, and managing resources. 
Assist with SPEA inspection preparations, ensuring all compliance documentation is complete.
