**Position Overview:**

Located at our Coca-Cola Store -Orlando (Disney Springs) To direct all activities required to achieve all business goals, including retail sales objectives, guest service, payroll, guest recovery, inventory management and merchandise presentation.

**Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:**

* **Merchandising Standards:** Maintain all standards of store visual presentation, product flow/management, inventory control, human resources, operational policies and procedures.

***** **Inventory Management:** Partners with Inventory Operations Manager to ensure product is available. Communicates any visual and standards changes to Inventory Operations Manager and works to solve any gaps in inventory currently affecting the guest experience.
