Position Overview

Our company’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) team manages end-to-end Source to Settle (StS) processes, including vendor setup, purchasing, invoicing, and payments. The Associate Specialist, Global Payments supports the execution of standard global payment processes, ensuring payments are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with policies and controls. Working within a global team, this role handles day-to-day payment activities, including standard, urgent, and off-cycle payments. The role also focuses on identifying process improvements, supporting automation and standardization efforts, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance efficiency and consistency across markets.
