The primary responsibility of the Assoc Specialist is to ensure that general maintenance and repairs within the NTT DATA office environment and related buildings, including tenants are carried out within the service level agreement.
Key roles and responsibilities: - Ensure that all maintenance and repair requests received within the NTT DATA office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement
- Coordinates the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities
- Conduct daily check the cleanliness of all areas to ensure smooth operation and perform recovery on defects where necessary
- Provides and monitor support with the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities
