Support development of internal products and automations

Work on backend / integration tasks under guidance

Help integrate tools like WorkStatus and internal bots

Track tasks, progress, and basic documentation

Fix bugs and improve existing features

Coordinate with team members and report progress regularly

Who this is for:

• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience
• Understanding of programming (Python / backend concepts preferred)
• Willingness to learn, take guidance, and accept new challenges
• Organized, responsible, and clear in communication
• Comfortable working with remote teams

Nice to have (not required):

• Any experience with APIs, automation, or SaaS tools
• Familiarity with Git and basic deployments
