- Support end-to-end M&A transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
- Develop and maintain complex financial models (returns analysis, sensitivities, scenario planning)
- Prepare investment committee materials and high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders
- Conduct market research and target screening across global energy services and technology sectors
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, including tracking financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
- Support post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives where required
- Work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, lean team environment
