ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), offers an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Specialist to join a high-performing team focused on delivering technical product expertise, supporting client adoption, and driving revenue growth across the Energy and Commodities markets.

This role plays a key part in supporting and expanding the ICE Connect product suite, acting as a technical subject‑matter expert who helps clients and prospects understand how ICE technology enhances trading workflows across front, middle, and back‑office functions. The ICE Connect suite includes ICE Chat, QuoteBoard, ICE Options Analytics, WebICE, ICE Mobile, and the ICE Connect Desktop.
