Job Description
**Customer Relationship**
+ Approach contacts at technical, purchasing and planning department
+ Drive relationship development toward business results
+ Process RFQ´s and lead quotation processes
+ Drive and win directed business with the automotive OEM
+ Figure out the organization and strategies of OEM
+ Support customer’s risk management
**Business Development:**
+ Initiate meetings at OEM for new innovations / potentials
+ Identify and quantify concrete business opportunities
+ Develop and prepare sales strategies & tactics to win and present to OEM managements
+ Prepare and drive commercial &technical presentations/conversations with OEM
+ Cooperate with other departments and regions to meet objectives on global basis

+ Report on sales progress, against targets
