Supervise and manage the CRM maintaining the quality and accuracy of the UK data set.Utilise web analytic tools to provide performance data of ongoing marketing campaigns.Optimise UK property listings to enhance listing results on search engines and AI.Ensure all UK brochures are kept up to date with the latest property details.Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including website, emailing campaigns, and display advertising campaigns including Seach Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-click (PPC).Plan, author and submit UK social media posts for approval.Measure and report on performance of all marketing activities and assess against agreed quarterly goals (ROI and KPIs).Integrate marketing strategies in collaboration with the UK development team, creating individual property marketing plans.Plan, execute and oversee all aspects of the U...
