You will be joining ASIG, which has a pan-Asia real estate investment mandate, based in Singapore. The team invests across the capital stack via a broad range of products and structures (including equity, credit, funds & co-investments, secondaries, special situations, structured investments, platforms and corporate-style investments). This role is part of the junior resource pool and will assist in executing and managing equity, funds, co-investments, platform and corporate investments.

• Screen and evaluate investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, investment feasibility, and making recommendations to senior members of the team
• Take ownership to develop and maintain financial models to underwrite deals
