(Purpose and Function):The Division of Colorectal Surgery at the University of Miami, Leonard Miller School of Medicine is seeking a fellowship-trained surgeon to join our colorectal surgery team. We have a strong multidisciplinary group that works to provide high quality clinical care and access to cutting edge clinical trials.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (For-exempt Employees Include Percent of Effort):
Job responsibilities include participation in clinical and educational activities as they relate to the Division of Colorectal and the Department of Surgery.
Oversees outcomes, quality, and patient experience for the program
Perform daily unit rounds on all assigned inpatients and perform all inpatient follow up during the inpatient stay
Provide outpatient professional medical services performed in all scheduled clinics related to the Program.
