The primary responsibility of this role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and facilitating smooth induction and orientation for new hires. The role also supports related People Operations functions such as employee documentation, record management, and compliance. This position reports to the Senior Officer, People Operations, and works under general supervision to ensure timely and efficient staffing aligned with organizational needs.
