Position Overview

Langham Evangelical Bible Church in Langham, SK, is seeking an Associate Pastor who loves preaching the Word of God, helps individuals grow in faith, and has a heart for younger families. The role eventually transitions into Senior Pastor. The next Senior Pastor will retire within a period of 9 months to 1½ years.

Position Purpose

Primary focus:

• Engage in a preaching and teaching ministry to a congregation of approximately 110 adults and children.
• Begin with a 50% preaching schedule, with the expectation of moving to Senior Pastor in the stated timeframe.

Secondary focus:

• Motivate and encourage the congregation to grow and serve together.

• Must exhibit a growing relationship with God and be a passionate and obedient follower of Jesus Christ.
