About the Role

This role focuses on driving operational excellence through data analysis, supplier collaboration, and process improvement. The individual will support supplier‑driven updates, resolve operational issues, and analyze supplier and business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute supplier‑driven updates, including rental location and fleet changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for suppliers, managing change requests and day‑to‑day inquiries while aligning system requirements with partner capabilities.
• Leverage SQL and API request/response analysis to troubleshoot issues, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements.
