Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization (Innovation)

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization (Innovation) to join our Marketing Commercialization team within the APAC region. This role reports to the Manager, Marketing Commercialization and offers the opportunity to shape regional innovation strategy, strengthen cross‑functional collaboration, and elevate best‑practice commercialization across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Innovation & NPD Excellence: Champion the ASEAN New Product Development (NPD) process, guiding teams, inspiring ideation, and ensuring alignment across milestones.
